The role
Reporting into the State Business Banking Executive R&A SA.
You will be the pillar of the local community in SA and will have responsibility for the development, leadership and delivery of local NAB partners’ strategy for the region across a complex product encompassing all industry specialisations.
- Accountable for maximising Tier 1 and 2 customer growth, people leadership and direction, driving key revenue & financial targets, leading customer focus and enhancing market presence
- Provide leadership support in skills development, relationship development and guidance in achieving individual business plans to your team
- Accountable for the execution of risk appetite and culture as per the B&PB Risk Appetite.
- Key influencer working across the region to bring to life NAB proposition, in particular growing/deepening industry specialisation
- Significant Profit & Loss and Balance sheet accountability, with significant Revenue responsibilities, Lending footings and Deposits
Your opportunity
We are searching for a seasoned banking professional who ideally will bring relevant market and industry knowledge. An accomplished people leader, you will feel at ease in both strategy development and execution in a dynamic market.
- Significant banking background in either business, private, corporate, credit or specialised business, or equivalent professional experience in a related career
- Strategic customer relationship and operational management e.g. maximising income mix, pipeline management, prospecting and acquisition, account planning, workload planning, etc.
- Experience in people leadership and delivering customer service and financial performance outcomes
- Experience in building own and enterprise brand in the external market
