A day in the life at Max Brenner:
In the role of Barista Team Member at Max Brenner, a day in your life will include:
- Execute the daily operations of the store
- Provide excellent guest service while creating a memorable experience
- Prepare and serve our delicious drinks including a variety of coffees, hot chocolates and decadent milkshakes
- Prepare and serve dessert menu items including but not limited to our famous Tutti Frutti Waffles, Chocolate Fondue and decadent Pizzas
- Complete in-house training to keep you up to date
- Maintain a clean and well-presented store
To be successful in the role of Barista Team Member at Max Brenner, you will have:
- Previous hospitality and proven Barista experience is essential
- Availability to work across a rotating roster, particularly Monday to Friday mornings/days
- Energetic, positive and guest focused with can do attitude
- Love the energy the hospitality industry brings
- Enjoy creating memorable experiences for our guest
- Driven to provide exceptional guest service
- Ability to work well collaboratively as part of a team
- Flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle and/or study schedule
- Extensive onboarding and ongoing training provided
- Regular Barista training courses offered + hands on Barista training in store
