to join our team. As a
Barista
, you will be responsible for making decisions, delegating tasks to an all-rounder, and monitoring the general workflow of our coffee shop. This position also offers the opportunity to learn about the specialty coffee industry.
Multiple locations required (training purposes) - Sydney CBD, North Sydney, Crows Nest

Key Responsibilities
- Knowledagble about single origin beans
- Handling customer enquries
- Checking and ordering basic stock
- Ensuring the store is clean and hygienic at all times
- Follow the given recipes via the roasting team,senior and head baristas
- Ability to work well in a team
- Prior experience as a barista for 1 year (preferred)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organised
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
