The Role:

The Role:
- Lead by example with high quality and exceptional customer service.
- Comfortable producing high-quality consistent coffees, with speed
- Excellent communication, with great customer service skills.
- Ensuring that the machine is maintained at optimal efficiency.
- Calibrating the grind at regular intervals.
- Provide a warm, friendly, and welcoming style of service to our amazing customers.
- You are a coffee aficionado with a passion for an excellent customer experience.
- You get to know your regulars and know their order by heart.
- You love a chat and can demonstrate assurance around your coffee expertise.
- You are highly polished and can thrive within a corporate environment.
- Full Barista Training will be provided
