The successful candidate will provide effective change management, capacity planning, incident management, risk management and continuity planning utilising best practices in systems support and service delivery, within the ITIL framework

Role responsibilities:
- Ensure end to end service delivery for enterprise systems within Queensland Health by establishing and maintaining highly effective working relationships with other technical specialists, application specialists, vendors and end users
- Provide timely application support activity reports to stakeholders
- Assist in the ongoing development, maintenance and deployment of application specific guides, work instructions and technical documents
- Demonstrated ability in developing and promoting ITIL Service Management processes primarily incident / problem / test / change and configuration management. (SFIA: USUP Level 4, PBMG Level 4, CHMG Level 4, CFMG Level 3, TEST Level 3)
- Demonstrated ability in the provision of high level specialist advice on, and support for, clinical enterprise (SFIA: TECH Level 5)
- Demonstrated ability to ensure that service delivery meets agreed service levels in a customer focused ICT / Clinical Business environment. (SFIA: SLMO Level 4)
- Previous clinical health application support experience preferred
- Participation in on-call arrangements may be required for this Appropriate remuneration under the Award will apply
- This position may be required to work at different sites
