Administration Officer

About the role
Are you an experienced Administrative Officer seeking to work in a friendly and positive environment?
Are you able to work in a fast-paced environment and do you enjoy the challenge of a wide range of duties?
The Hibbs Administrative Officer provides high quality administrative service and support to all staff, including the Management Team, Finance Department, and consultants.
Duties include but are not limited to the following (full position description available on request):
  • General office administration duties, inc. data entry
  • Respond to telephone, face to face, and email enquiries
  • Organise couriers
  • Organise staff travel and accommodation
  • Manage calendar bookings
  • Prepare minutes for weekly meetings
  • Maintain office systems
  • Management and reconciliation of Petty Cash
  • Reconciliation of credit card statements and staff reimbursements
This is a full-time permanent position, working 40 hrs per week Monday to Friday.
To be successful you will need to demonstrate:
  • Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills and the ability to multitask.
  • The ability to work under pressure and to juggle various responsibilities.
  • Initiative, outstanding attention to detail, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft suite especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Ability to work independently and unsupervised.
  • Basic understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable procedures would be highly advantageous.
Salary will be dependent upon the relevant skills, experience, and competencies of the successful applicant.
Desirable:
  • 3+ years administrative experience.
  • Tertiary education
  • Experience in Workflow Max
  • Current NSW Driver’s Licence

Our Auburn branch is located in a large modern office with onsite parking & is accessible by public transport.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 40 per week
