What your day will look like....
You'll connect with clients and families, assessing their health needs and delivering tailored health programs. Collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team, you'll guide community members through the healthcare system, while supporting and leading a team of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health Workers. Your day will be centered around fostering cultural competence and promoting healthy lifestyles, all rooted in our core values and commitment to the community.
