Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound cold calls to private physician offices, assisted living facilities, and concierge doctors throughout Miami-Dade and Broward counties.
- Introduce our mobile ultrasound services and highlight the benefits of utilizing them directly in their offices.
- Qualify leads and set up appointments with decision-makers for our sales team to demonstrate our services.
- Manage and update client data using CRM tools (Salesforce, Hub Spot, etc.).
- Provide follow-up and nurture leads to ensure the smooth conversion of prospects into partners.
- Consistently meet call, lead generation, and appointment-setting targets.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve lead generation efforts.
- Proven experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or sales, preferably within healthcare or medical services.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and ability to manage lead data effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly with healthcare professionals.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet performance goals.
- Prior experience in the healthcare or diagnostic services industry is a plus.
- Strong organization, time management, and multitasking skills.
