- Responsible for solutions delivered to meet user and stakeholder expectations
- Create 10/10 WOW moments with the designs you create
- Contribute toward the achievement of project success related to improvements in the user experience.
- Ensure that best practices are followed consistently across the project
- Build relationships with client to understand all stakeholder needs
- Identifying conflict between business stakeholders and user feedback
- Work with the team to find the best resolution to conflict
- 5+ years’ experience with Figma and/or Sketch or similar tools
- 5+ years professional native mobile and web app design experience, doing wireframes, ,prototypes and UI design
- Broad portfolio of beautiful B2C native and mobile experiences created
- Experience with learning their clients’ business processes
- Excellent communicator
