We are seeking a talented, bilingual Production Designer to join our dynamic team and contribute to creating compelling visual content for our diverse audience.
Job Summary: The Production Designer will play a crucial role in developing and executing high-quality design solutions for both English and Spanish-language projects. This position requires a strong command of design principles, technical proficiency in industry-standard software, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to seamlessly transition between languages and cultural contexts to create impactful visual communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Create visually appealing and on-brand designs for various mediums, including print, digital, and video
Develop bilingual (Spanish/English) marketing materials, presentations, infographics, videos and other visual assets
Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and other team members to conceptualize and execute creative projects
Ensure consistency in design and messaging across both languages and cultural contexts
Adapt existing English-language materials for Spanish-speaking audiences, considering cultural nuances
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality
Stay current with design trends and best practices in bilingual and multicultural communications
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to project development
Maintain organized files and adhere to company brand guidelines and design standards
Consult in and execute creative automation processes, such as market workflow consultations, template design and output quality assurance

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in production design, preferably in a bilingual or multicultural setting
Fluency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to design and proofread in both languages
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
Strong working knowledge of Figma and Microsoft 365
Experience with Story Teq Creative Automation is a plus (training will be provided if needed)
Excellent typography skills and attention to detail
Strong understanding of print and digital production processes
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple projects
Portfolio demonstrating a range of bilingual design work across various mediums

Preferred Skills:

Experience in energy sector or technical/industrial design
Knowledge of UX/UI design principles
Familiarity with HTML/CSS for basic web design
Experience with motion graphics and video editing
