We are seeking an Ssr. Financial Planning & Management Analyst to join our team.

This position will be part of the IT Admin & management team, collaborating with financial forecast (monthly and yearly) accounting, billing, reporting, transaction processing, and several activities across IT finances.

Main Responsibilities:

Collaborate with IT budget process and control its execution.
Monthly review of actuals vs budget.
Analyze IT Suppliers' contracts, identify those that should be reclassified to prepaid, and notify R2R.
Follow up on active contracts and those that must be renewed.
Coordinate, compile, and submit monthly IT accrual requests and backup documentation promptly.
Analyze, control, and follow up POs amounts in the digital area.
Participate in other functions regarding cost analysis and chargeback

Qualifications:

Accounting/Finance/Management advanced student or related field.
Office package (Office 365 – Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams, Share Point, etc..).
Strong knowledge of accounting processes.
SAP knowledge (mandatory).
English Fluent – Advanced level (mandatory).
