The Treasury Specialist reports directly to the Treasury Supervisor in the Business Service Center. The successful candidate will need to be able to work in a fast paced, multicultural, and cross-functional environment on international cash management matters (liquidity, disbursements, bank account management, etc.). The candidate will be a member of a small, high-performing team. The candidate will also assist in identifying and measuring efficiencies, cost savings, and KPIs across all geographies. The role has a strong responsibility on cash management.
Job Responsibilities
Cash Management
Prepare daily cash position, cash flow actual, short term forecast and treasury reconciliation.
Perform short term deposits within house banks or domestically.
Control domestic and international cash pooling structures.
Execute daily ACH and wire transfers.
Review and approve payments (wires, ACH, checks) and execute foreign currency transactions.
Perform back office duties for FX settlements and hedging.
Act as system administrator for all online banking services and users, managing overall bank account inventory.
Oversee bank account management, maintaining updated databases with authorized signers and documentation for opening/closing domestic and international bank accounts.
Serve as the first line of response for inquiries from internal and external groups.
Provide support on analysis and implementation of treasury projects.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiencies in all Treasury activities.
Participate in preparing ad hoc and month-end reporting and analysis.
Maintain proficient knowledge of Kyriba treasury workstation and other bank portals.
Complete biannual audits of bank authorized signatories to maintain KYC compliance.
Maintain databases with all banking-related documentation and a master depository location list.
Assist with both internal and external audit requests as needed.
Analyze monthly corporate bank fees and research discrepancies.
Prepare and analyze quarterly payment means.
Assist in developing KPIs and specific reports to measure the performance of Treasury activities.
Assist with depository and credit card activity setups for new stores and acquisitions.
Publish cash activity reporting to assist in calculating intercompany interest.
Handle the majority of department reporting tasks with the ability to present findings/results.
Help develop best cash management strategies and practices for the organization.
Work closely with relationship banks to resolve disputes and ensure that banks provide
consistent “Best in Class Service”.

Education
Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting
Experience/Certifications
5+ years cash management and/or treasury or related experience
Language Requirements
English language proficiency - advanced
Spanish language proficiency - advanced
French or Portuguese language proficiency - basic to intermediate preferred
Knowledge and Skills
TMS (Treasury Management Systems) experience would be a plus
Advanced knowledge in excel sheets
Advanced/Intermediate working knowledge of financial modeling and Google suite
