Role Target:

Supporting POS system for the whole European market.

Responsibilities:

Enjoy helping users no matter what issues they experience.
Explain complex ideas in simple words.
Be ready to keep the conversation going, even when others might have given up.
Manage product roadmap and backlog
Work closely with local implementation teams to make sure the new capabilities of the product get delivered to end-users
Complete detailed reports listing requests for technical assistance, steps taken to resolve them, and the specific dates/individuals involved

Have experience in restaurant or retail automation and knowledge of POS systems.
A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technology field is preferred.
1-3 years of relevant experience in a customer-focused position involving technical knowledge of a company's products and services.
Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers and clients.
Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently.
Extensive experience working with different operating systems including Windows and Mac OS.
Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution.
