The position focuses on identifying and improving the efficiency and effectiveness of logistics and transportation, closely collaborating with regional and cluster logistics teams. The person in this role will lead logistics transformation projects to optimize operational costs and meet high service expectations, applying Lean principles
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Foster and strengthen a Lean culture within the logistics organization
- Lead the process engineering team for the cluster:
- Train and certify employees as champions (Green Belt)
- Coordinate and lead the development of short, medium, and long-term projects.
- Manage and analyze logistics indicators, monthly follow up and organize and lead annual logistics cost-saving workshops
- Initiate and oversee projects aimed at cost reduction and operational optimization
- Utilize data analysis tools and Power BI
- Manage projects through the follow-up of initiatives
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU’LL BRING
- Education in Logistics, Engineering, or related fields.
- Over 3 years of experience working in interdisciplinary teams.
- Intermediate/advanced level of English.
- Proficient in Office.
- Experience with Data Analytics tools (Power Query desirable).
- Familiarity with Power Apps (Power BI desirable)

- Once-weekly remote work for eligible employees
- Remote work is available once a week for eligible employees
