The Role
As a Senior IT Systems Engineer at Medallia, you will focus on managing and optimizing collaboration tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and Zoom. You'll enhance the employee experience through secure, seamless integrations and automation across these platforms, while collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure consistent performance and security.
Responsibilities:
- Architect and manage collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom).
- Automate workflows and optimize tool integration across Saa S platforms.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT goals with business needs.
- Troubleshoot complex systems and ensure a secure, high-performing environment.
- Work onsite as needed for collaboration initiatives.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience managing collaboration tools in enterprise environments including experience with Slack and Zoom management, and automation and integrations.
- 1+ year of experience with Google Workspace administration and security.
- Demonstrated knowledge of identity management and SSO solutions (e.g., Okta) and security best practices for collaboration tools.
- Proficiency in scripting (e.g., Google Apps Script, Python, Power Shell) for automation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Workspace Administrator certification.
- Experience with Slack Enterprise features and Zoom Room management.
- Knowledge of Vo IP systems (e.g., Zoom Phone, Google Voice).
- Experience with API-based integrations and automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Workato).
- Project management experience related to rolling out collaboration tools.
This role offers flexibility with office-based collaboration as needed and global travel for various projects.
