Job Description: We are seeking a Senior Client Strategist, who will lead client success through top-tier strategic consulting, identify and leverage growth opportunities, designing innovative solutions that maximize return on investment. Using data, technology, and deep market knowledge, will create cutting-edge digital strategies that drive measurable results and significantly enhance the customer experience. The main goal will be to position Contáctica and its clients at the forefront of the industry, fostering a culture of continuous innovation and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Business Growth and Innovation. Identify and explore new business opportunities and growth areas for clients and Contáctica. Develop and present compelling growth proposals that lead to significant business expansion.
Deliver World-Class Consultancy and Solutions. Provide top-tier consultancy by identifying powerful insights and crafting winning strategies, leveraging data analysis, innovative thinking, and the latest technologies to deliver outstanding, measurable results.
Transform Strategies into Tangible Results. Oversee the effective execution of recommended strategies, ensuring optimal measurement, optimization, and achievement of outstanding results. Collaborate with internal teams to scale solutions into market-ready products.
Strengthen Competitive Advantage. Educate and guide Contáctica and its clients to the forefront of marketing trends and cutting-edge technologies. Develop innovative strategies and solutions to differentiate clients and Contáctica from competitors.
Maximize Client ROI. Analyze and optimize campaign results to maximize client ROI, ensuring every strategy and action contributes to enhanced business performance and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Passion for Digital Innovation. Demonstrated passion for digital marketing and technological evolution, with a strong focus on continuous innovation and staying at the forefront of industry advancements.
Extensive Experience in Digital Marketing Strategy. Proven track record in developing and implementing innovative digital marketing strategies and world-class customer experience (CX) with at least 5 years of experience in a senior role.
Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills. Exceptional analytical skills to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights, coupled with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience with AI and Machine Learning in Marketing. Proven track record of utilizing AI and machine learning to develop and optimize marketing strategies, driving innovation and efficiency.
Expertise in Financial Services Marketing. Deep understanding and experience working within financial services industries such as banking and insurance, tailoring strategies to these sectors.
Leadership in Content Marketing and Social Media. Proven success in developing and leading content marketing and social media strategies that enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Strong Interpersonal and Relationship-Building Skills. Proven ability to establish immediate credibility and build lasting relationships with clients and team members, driving collaboration and trust.
Experience with Advanced Marketing Tools and Technologies. Proficiency in using advanced marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, SEO/SEM software, and real-time analytics to optimize campaigns and strategies.
Experience with CRM and Customer Journey Mapping. Expertise in customer relationship management and mapping the customer journey to optimize user experience and increase customer retention.
Certifications in Advanced Marketing Technologies. Possession of certifications such as Google Analytics, Hub Spot Marketing Software, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, demonstrating proficiency in cutting-edge marketing tools.
