We are looking for a Head of Data Intelligence, who will be the main leader and data expert at Contáctica. Driving business growth through personalized data solutions, enhancing consulting and client services, transforming solutions into scalable products, and strengthening our competitive advantage.
Our Head of Data Intelligence must not only be an expert in AI but also lead the development of this area within Contáctica and in client-facing projects.

Job Description:
We are looking for a Head of Data Intelligence, who will be the main leader and data expert at Contáctica. Driving business growth through personalized data solutions, enhancing consulting and client services, transforming solutions into scalable products, and strengthening our competitive advantage.
Our Head of Data Intelligence must not only be an expert in AI but also lead the development of this area within Contáctica and in client-facing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop long-term data strategies aligned with business goals and market trends.
- Product Development: Create and maintain roadmaps for data-driven solutions.
- Sales Support: Identify business opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to close new projects.
- Innovation: Develop and implement new data tools and technologies.
- Data Culture: Promote a data-driven culture within Contáctica.
- Consulting and Ideation: Collaborate with clients to understand their data needs and generate innovative and customized data strategies.
- Client Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations demonstrating the value of data-driven solutions.
- Vendor Management: Select and manage external vendors, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives.
- Compliance: Establish data governance policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
- Advanced experience in data consulting and strategies (Data Integration, Data Analytics, BI, Machine Learning).
- Experience in Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and Microsoft Fabric ecosystems.
- Experience in industries such as Banking, Insurance, and CPG.
- Knowledge of Marketing and Technology.
- Ability to lead solutions in areas like Privacy Compliance, Data Security, SEO, AI, Sentiment Analysis, CRM Systems, Customer Experience (CX), and more.
- Experience using BI tools.
- Knowledge of Python, R, SQL, and database management.
- Experience with Marketing platforms like Salesforce, Segment, Adobe Analytics.
- Experience in Cloud Ecosystems like AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Fabric.
