Job Description

The Catalyst Team is seeking a Project Manager to join our full-time team as full-time employee.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, schedules, and resource allocation to meet deadlines.

Team Leadership:

Lead cross-functional teams, providing direction, feedback, and coaching.
Ensure team members are motivated, informed, and equipped to perform effectively.

Stakeholder Management:

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
Maintain effective communication to manage expectations and provide regular progress updates.

Risk & Issue Management:

Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Track issues and ensure timely resolution.

Budget Management:

Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring costs are managed effectively and within approved limits.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Track project milestones, deliverables, and KPIs.
Prepare and deliver regular status reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency throughout the process.

Quality Control:

Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and plans. Ensure proper archiving for future reference.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly preferred.

Experience:

3-5 years of project management experience with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Skills:

Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Trello).
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
