FREELANCE Support System Engineer - Pay in USD - USA Project
His main responsibility will be providing end-to-end management of tickets and service requests reported by the customer.
Role Description:
Manage Tickets and Requests.
Receive and record all calls from our customers.
Provide initial assessment of all Tickets, and attempt first-time resolution, and /or escalation.
Assist with customer onboarding projects and migrations.
Monitor and escalate Tickets according to the customer’s SLA.
Keep users informed on the status and progress of their Tickets.
Aid customer retention and satisfaction.
Help to improve efficiency, processes, documentation, and automation.
We are looking for Support System Engineers to work FREELANCE on a project for a USA client, pay will be in USD .

Requisitos
Requirements:
Systems Support Engineer / 5+ years experience in a customer-facing IT support role.
Previous MSP experience is extremely valuable.
Strong knowledge and experience of Office 365 services including Exchange Online Share Point, Teams, and One Drive.
Good working knowledge of networks, routing & switching.
Powershell scripting and use for administration.
Excellent technical troubleshooting capabilities including Windows OS and applications, email flow and routing, and Office 365 services.
Mac OS experience is a plus.
Technical Qualifications
Current Microsoft Certifications in either MS or AZ tracks.
Fluent English (MUST-HAVE)

Argentina – needs to be aligned to the EST time zone

Project: 3 to 6 months with the possibility of extension.
