We’re looking for a Product Manager to help us invent and work on fun gamified features that drive retention and engagement.
Your Mission as a Product Manager at Modak:

Spearhead the development of product features from inception to execution, encompassing ideation, specification, development, release, analysis, and iteration.
Oversee product function activities, including product discovery, analysis, prioritization, documentation, and implementation.
Craft and maintain a comprehensive and actionable product roadmap, prioritizing features based on user needs, market trends, and business objectives within our fintech ecosystem.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to explore and validate feature ideas, leveraging user insights and data-driven analyses.
Partner closely with product designers to deliver a captivating and intuitive user experience.
Work hand-in-hand with engineers to guide feature development and ensure seamless integration.
Conduct thorough experiment analysis on features, identifying opportunities for optimization and enhancement
Define your key performance indicator(s) which drive user growth

This might be for you if...

Bring along at least +1 year of product development experience (extra points for fintech or fast-growing startup know-how)
