The Sr AP Analyst reports directly to the AP Team Lead/Supervisor. The primary function of the position is to ensure the accurate and timely payment of suppliers and processing of invoices. Job Responsibilities

• Proactively communicates and interacts with other departments to resolve issues impacting the AP function.
  
• Supports a specific country as assigned with first level escalation
  
• Processes Rush invoices as needed
  
• Performs vendor statement credit review to ensure timely collection of outstanding credits
  
• Ensures vendor discounts are taken when appropriate
  
• Researches and drives resolution of invoices on hold. Follows up with Air Liquide vendors and requestors as needed.
  
• Assists with audits as required
  
• Ensure all withholding taxes are applied properly.
  
• Ensures compliance with Company policies and procedures
  
• Oversee the processing of invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  
• Works closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to maintain accurate and timely payment processing.
  
• Resolves complex accounts payable issues and discrepancies.
  
• Performs analysis of AP data and reports.
  
• Identifies and implements process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  
• Develop and maintain AP policies and procedures.

Education

• Bachelor's in Accounting of Finance degree required
  

Qualifications
Experience/Certifications
5 years experience in Accounts Payable desirable
Knowledge of international Accounting Standards desirable
Knowledge of Oracle and invoice processing tools desirable

Language Requirements
English: Advanced proficiency required [B2/C1]
Spanish mandatory
