Main responsibilities:
Coordinates general and maintenance services in area of charge.
Oversees that process capacity is aligned with quality and productivitiy levels on a permanent basis.
Guarantees fulfilment of calibration programs.
Maintains a safe work environment in the area.
Controls compliance with general and maintenance services for the Plant, planning and coordinating industrial housekeeping and office cleaning services, performs maintenance of parks and gardens.
Prepares annual planning of all scheduled maintenance operations across the Plant, and coordinates supervisors and thirdparty resources.
Guarantees the fulfilment of calibration programs developing the referred program for process control and testing instruments.
Ensures process capacity in line with quality and productivity levels on a permanent basis.
Coordinates and manages resources in an efficient manner and controls associated costs.
Submits new investment /improvement projects for approval recommending changes and process improvements whenever necessary.
Maintains a safe work environment, in accordance with regulations and Tenaris safety policies.
Ensures the implementation of maintenance programs which aim at minimizing energy consumption, promoting all the improvement actions also on employees' behaviour in order to decrease energy consumption waste.
Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
To comply with HSE procedures, report any incident or observation, perform inspections and participate in the investigation process. Implement the preventive/corrective actions.
Keep updated the risk analysis and the environmental aspect assessment.
Proactively motivates, coaches, communicates with and develops his/her staff and manages HR related activities in line with Human Resources norms and procedures.
Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.
