PURPOSE
Acts as subject matter expert in the area of expertise by monitoring and improving relevant systems and tools.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITES

Ensures he/she is up to date with all certifications, best practices, new technologies, and regulations.
Provides specialized assistance in his/her area of expertise, e.g. Platforms, Applications, Architecture, or Security.
Documents information, ideas and experiences in order to share and retain knowledge and to develop other specialists in the organization.
Supports change, configuration, integration and performance management of the related hardware and/or software
Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
Proactively motivates, coaches, communicates with and develops his/her staff and manages HR related activities in line with Human Resources norms and procedures. Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.
Assures the availability, reliability and performance of those systems based on this technology
Participates in the beginning of any project which uses this technology, and define the best architecture to assure the quality of the system.
