RECEPCIONISTA
Es quien da la bienvenida a los huéspedes a la propiedad, brindando una experiencia excepcional al hacer el check-in, durante la estadía del huésped y al partir. Este rol trabaja para lograr el más alto nivel de satisfacción del huésped.
Sus tareas serán:
- Realizar los procesos de Check in y Check out de acuerdo a los estándares de nuestra compañía.
- Manejar todas las interacciones con los huéspedes con el más alto nivel de hospitalidad y profesionalismo, acomodando solicitudes especiales siempre que sea posible.
- Reconocer las necesidades de nuestros huéspedes durante su estadía.
- Resolver quejas de los huéspedes y encontrará oportunidades para reconocer y personalizar la experiencia de servicio para todos los huéspedes.
- Asignar cuartos y amenidades.
- Tomar reservas de habitaciones y asistirá al departamento de PBX/Telefonía cuando sea requerido.
Requisitos:
- Estudios terciarios o universitarios afines a la industria.
- Experiencia previa en posiciones similares.
- Dominar el inglés hablado y escrito (deseable contar con idiomas adicionales).
- Manejo de Sistema Opera.
- Excelente actitud de servicio, predisposición y cuidado hacia nuestros huéspedes.
