What You Can Expect
- Full program responsibility at all stages: Planning, development, validation, qualification, sample delivery, and production release.
- Work with a matrix organization across multiple cross-functional teams driving execution and overall program success.
- Ensures problems are effectively escalated and managed to resolution.
- Monitors and controls the overall project performance (schedule, budget, and resource utilization) against the plan.
- Ownership of internal and external communication at both technical and executive levels.
- Proactively identify risks and lead mitigation planning.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electronic, Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field and up to 1 year of related professional experience. Alternatively, a new graduate with a Master’s or Ph D degree.
- Good understanding of digital communications, digital, analog, industrial, software, and firmware technologies as well as chip design, manufacturing, testing, and qualification. Marvell will provide on-the-job training.
- Strong focus on process-driven development and continuous improvement. Support Marvell’s Program Management Process.
- Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills.
- Excellent customer-facing and internal communication skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be very thorough and detail-oriented.
- Excellent risk identification, analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in English, speaking and writing.
