Your Position
This position is remote and with a company based in the United States. The position involves managing email and SMS marketing campaigns, creating compelling copy, monitoring campaign performance, conducting A/B testing, collaborating with teams, maintaining subscriber lists in compliance with regulations, reporting on performance metrics, and staying updated with industry trends and best practices.

Your Position
This position is remote and with a company based in the United States. The position involves managing email and SMS marketing campaigns, creating compelling copy, monitoring campaign performance, conducting A/B testing, collaborating with teams, maintaining subscriber lists in compliance with regulations, reporting on performance metrics, and staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns and flows using Klaviyo (or any other email platform)
- Create and execute SMS marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales
- Design email templates and write compelling copy that aligns with the brand voice and objectives
- Segment and target email lists to ensure personalized and relevant messaging
- Monitor and analyze the performance of email and SMS campaigns, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results
- Conduct A/B testing to continuously improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates
- Collaborate with the creative and client teams to produce engaging and high-converting marketing materials
- Maintain and grow email and SMS subscriber lists in compliance with relevant regulations
- Report on key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in email and SMS marketing
Requirements
- Proficiency in English

Proven experience in email and SMS marketing
- Strong focus on campaign management and flow creation
- Proficiency in Klaviyo is mandatory
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decision-making
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
- Knowledge of email marketing best practices and regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with e Commerce clients is a plus
- Experience working for an e Commerce or marketing agency is a plus
