We are looking for an experienced leader to manage our in-house creative team in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creative direction, graphic design and video production. This role requires excellent project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively.
As the creative team lead for the you will be responsible for all aspects of the creative process, including directing the work of a team of designers and video production professionals.

What role you will play in our team
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creative direction, graphic design and video production. This role requires excellent project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively.
What you will do
As the creative team lead for the you will be responsible for all aspects of the creative process, including directing the work of a team of designers and video production professionals.
About You
- More than 10 years of experience working as a creative director, video production specialist, graphic designer or related position
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, broadcast production, communications or similar discipline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish is required
- Ability to troubleshoot and find creative solutions
- Strong problem-solving, communications, and relationship-building skills
Preferred Qualifications/ Experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure with tight deadlines and requirements with strict quality control
- Creative leader with visual storytelling experience through multimedia
- Ability to lead a team to meet deadlines while building collaborative relationships with a large network of international colleagues
- Demonstrated experience in video editing, graphic design and motion graphics
