The Opportunity
We’re on the hunt for a communicative, entrepreneurial Controller to join our finance team. This is a unique chance to join a fast-growing, profitable startup at an early stage with enormous growth potential. You’ll take on diverse clients and projects, ensuring a dynamic, hands-on experience in a constantly evolving environment.
What You’ll Do

Take a hands-on approach in managing all financial operations—accounting, reporting, and beyond—ensuring smooth execution across clients from various industries.
Lead and mentor teams of accountants and FP&A associates, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of client needs.
Prepare and present financial statements, reports, and forecasts to executive management, providing actionable insights.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, pivoting effortlessly between industries to meet their financial needs and ensure satisfaction.

What You Bring to the Table

Extensive experience in financial management and accounting, with a hands-on mindset.
Proven leadership skills, with the ability to mentor teams and manage multiple simultaneous clients and projects.
Proficient in Quick Books, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, adept at handling complex financial challenges.
Exceptionally organized, with attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Comfortable working independently and remotely in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Capable of building strong client and team relationships.
