Country Controllership Analyst
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for reconciling different Balance Sheet GL account related to general accounting which are performed in compliance with USGAAP, Sarbanes Oxley controls.
- Analysis of balance composition, support documentation, adjustment proposal and Open Item follow up.
- Responsible of tasks related to Payroll accounting, Intercompany and Finance Reporting and control.
- Quarter variances analysis and reporting.
- P&L Analysis, pre-close, post-close.
- Monthy Accountability Closures and SAP Journal Entries posting (analysis and execution of accruals, Reallocation of expenses and cost)
Type of experience
Technical & Personal Skills
- 1 to 2 years of experience in similar positions.
- Advance student or graduate from Public Accountant
- Advance English Level (required) and intermediate Italian Level (desirable)
- Excel Skills (required)
Technical & Personal Skills
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, focus on add value and constant improvement.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well both independently, and with other groups through various means (meetings, email, and phone).
- Advanced technical skills with Windows and Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Access).
- Nice to have SAP T-Codes Knowledges
- Team workings skills
