AWM ASSET MOVEMENT TEAM - ANALYST
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Asset Movement Team is responsible for the processing of all internal and external transactions mainly related to two Line of Business: CWM and JPMA. These functions include collateral movements review and verification, validation and correction.
The Asset Movement Team is divided in 3 locations New Jersey, Delaware and Buenos Aires.

Asset Management provides individuals, advisors and institutions with strategies and expertise that span the full spectrum of asset classes through our global network of investment professionals. The Asset Movement Team is responsible for the processing of all internal and external transactions mainly related to two Line of Business: CWM and JPMA. These functions include collateral movements review and verification, validation and correction.
The Asset Movement Team is divided in 3 locations New Jersey, Delaware and Buenos Aires.
Job Responsibilities:
- Review and approve daily collateral movements out of Brokerage Accounts.
- Processing of Non-Managed and Managed Journals (internal transfers).
- Review and processing of all systematic requests.
- Handling of Inquiries and escalations.
- Delivery of assets to external firms, both US based and foreign markets.
- Contribute to an inclusive and diverse environment.
- Excellent judgment and decision making skills.
- Ability to work in a client focused fast paced deadline driven environment with an emphasis on risk mitigation, accuracy and efficiency.
- Able to deal with deadlines to meet the daily cut offs.
- Problem solving. Able to deal with tough conversations, look for solutions.

- Innovation and dynamic mindset.
- Client/customer focus. Always prioritize clients’ needs by trying to solve issues as soon as detected to avoid delays in processing.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, multitask, and bring tasks to complete closure.
- Written and oral English skills (used on daily basis with the US counterparties). Calls, email exchange with Financial Advisors, Middle Office and other departments.
