Appointment Setter / SDR
We are looking for an Appointment Setter to join our team and support our sales team by contacting prospective clients via Upwork / Email / Linked In / Cold calls to ensure our sales professionals meet their monthly meeting goals.
Ultimately, you will work directly with customers to set appointments for our sales team members.

Ultimately, you will work directly with customers to set appointments for our sales team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer basic questions and concerns about the products and services
- Schedule consultations between the prospective client and a Sales Representative
- Keep a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered
- Attempt to contact prospective clients whom you have been unable to contact
- Conduct cold calls and send cold emails to introduce our product.
- Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter or similar role
- 2 years of experience with Upwork
- 1 year of hands-on experience with Hubspot
- Experience in cold calling
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills
- Being fast and proactive in answering clients
- Interested to work in a dynamic environment – seriously, we’re still growing as a company, so you have to be flexible when it comes to rapid changes
