Legal Executive

• Diploma holder in any field; or
• 2 years experience in a similar position. Prefer applicants who have similar working experience in Legal Firm / Property Developer;
• Able to advise, draft and review all contracts and legal documents such as Sale and Purchase Agreements, Tenancy and Leasing Agreements and other related documents;
• Familiar with property sale and loan drawdown processes, bank and government claiming processes and experience in dealing with lawyers;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to produce written reports and correspondence, simple spreadsheets and emails;
• Good time management, responsible and positive attitude;
• Proficient in spoken and written English
