Paralegal @ Tebrau - MNC

The incumbent will support all enquiries/matters in relation to legal matters and provide general legal advice for the group company.
  • Support in the vetting, reviewing, and drafting of contracts, company policies and legal documents.
  • Managing standard contracts and maintaining accurate contract records
  • Monitoring of legal documentation from initial to completion stage.
  • Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations that apply to the business.
  • Monitor changes and updates to relevant laws and regulations
Requirement:
  • Candidate must possess Bachelor Degree of Legal/Law/Paralegal.
  • At least 2 years of experience in related experience
  • Relevant legal knowledge
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
Schedule:
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
Experience:
  • paralegal: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
  • Bachelor Degree of Legal/Law/Paralegal. (Preferred)
