1. Consult and Sales
Customers: Protecting the most important things for Techcombank's customers:
- Introduce and advise on the most suitable insurance products for each stage of the customer's life (protection of health, family, finance, personal property, etc.)
- Give customers the best experience in terms of quality before and after sales service
- Complete all necessary documents for the Customer's Insurance contract, assist the customer in medical examination, hand over the insurance document to the Customer, assist the customer in the claim procedure. submit a claim file in accordance with the regulations of TCB and the insurance partner
- Handle and resolve customer's urgent/unexpected support requests quickly, promptly, and satisfactorily.
- Looking for opportunities to introduce customers to other sales forces at Techcombank (Example: TCBond investment products)
- Be the first contact for customers to contact when they arise support requests, questions and problems about insurance.
- Store and update daily/weekly/monthly reports on sales results/customer referral results from Techcombank's sales force
Service: Building and ensuring service quality, customer relationship
- Building strong and good relationships with customers, so that they always believe that "Techcombank is the best insurance product provider"
- Be the first point of contact for customers when their insurance-related needs arise.
- Ensuring the best service quality in every step of the customer's journey
