MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

• The office of the Security Manager is vested the authority and responsibility of running the Security Department by authority of the Hotel’s General Manager. He is in-charge of the overall security operations.
• The Security Manager is directly responsible to the Hotel’s General Manager in the operations and administration of the Security Department.
• He is the principal adviser to the General Manager on matters involving security operations, administration and matters relevant to Client-Contracted Agency relationship.
• He implements policies promulgated by his department as well with the policymaking body officiated by the Hotel’s General Manager.
• Coordinates with the company’s legal counsel on cases of theft and other legal issues relative to security and safety of Hotel operations.
• Coordinates with the Police Department, Bureau of Fire Protection and other government agencies on intelligence networking and other security liaisoning requirements.
• Attends Weekly Dept Meting being presided by the General Manager and other meetings as directed being required by the latter.
• Supervise the investigation of incident, felonies, misdemeanors, thefts, losses, casualties, injuries, etc., as they occur.
• He performs other functions as directed by the Hotel’s General Manager.
