About The Team:
E-commerce business center procurement via bidding center was established to integrate goods, services (warehousing, express logistics services, etc.) or intellectual property rights to achieve the best value for the company.
Responsibilities :
According to business needs, based on the group procurement system, build the entire E-commerce service provider , quality inspection, warehousing, distribution service provider procurement via bidding system;
Build a procurement sourcing system for warehousing, distribution, quality inspection, equipment and consumables, integrate high-quality resources in the industry, and formulate access/quasi-exit mechanisms, assessment optimization mechanisms, SOP/KPI and other systems;
Establish a management system for each service provider, cooperate with upstream and downstream departments, and improve the service quality indicators of service providers through data and other operation methods;
Lead and execute individual sourcing projects including procurement strategy, create RFX, running the bidding, price analysis and negotiation process, award recommendations, purchase order issuance and contract execution in coordination with legal team;
Cooperate with the internal audit compliance department to optimize the procurement via bidding process, and empower business to achieve fast procurement via bidding, reduce costs and improve efficiency;
Have the ability to write bids and sort out contracts, be able to sort out bids and contracts independently, and have certain basic financial knowledge.
Collaborate with XFN teams to continuously improve the service quality and compliance of service providers, and periodically evaluate and review the overall cooperation of service providers;
Be responsible for the overall market cost target, drive the XFN teams to launch cost efficiency initiatives.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor degree or above
At least 5 years of relevant experience in procurement via bidding and management of warehouse, distribution and quality inspection service providers in e-commerce platform enterprises;
Preferred Qualifications:
Have a deep understanding of e-commerce procurement via bidding, have rich domestic and high-quality storage, distribution, quality inspection, equipment and consumables service provider resources, and have excellent negotiation skills;
Have excellent experience in building procurement via bidding system, as well as a business sense of full compliance process and link control to ensure full link standardization and compliance;
Profound project management experience and problem solving ability, highly sensitive to data, able to quickly respond to various procurement via bidding requirements;
Have excellent interpersonal communication and coordination skills, strong language and writing skills; have certain resource integration ability and business promotion ability;
Good team cooperation, independent handling of affairs and cross-departmental project cooperation ability.
Fluent in English.
