• Administration of internal network system, Internet, Firewall, Wifi system, and company's camera system.
• Manage email system.
• Identify, diagnose and solve problems for users' requirements of personal computers, computer software and hardware, networks,...
• Coordinate with the deploying unit to administer and support users on the Microsroft Dynamics AX 2012 ERP system.
• Follow up on-time repair of PC computer equipment and maintenance with suppliers according to contractual agreements.
• Proposing maintenance plans, service changes according to the company's development requirements and applying IT in work.
