Vietnam’s retail market has been booming, thanks to several key factors: a young population, rising incomes, and urbanization. By 2023, the country’s retail sales had surged to approximately $170 billion, growing at an impressive rate of around 10% annually over the past decade.

As the retail sector expands, the demand for retail spaces naturally increases. Retailers actively seek prime locations in shopping centers, high streets, and malls to attract customers. Simultaneously, developers and investors recognize this potential and invest in retail properties to meet the growing demand. To keep pace with this growth, Savills Vietnam is seeking a dynamic graduate that we can train to be the next leader in commercial real estate industry.

Joining a highly skilled Commercial Leasing team, you will be advising multinational and international clients on their retail space need requirements in Vietnam and helping them to find and secure the ideal real estate. You’ll have the opportunity to work with well-known brands both from overseas and within Vietnam.

As a Retail Leasing Consultant, your key responsibilities include:

Proactively seeking new clients and business opportunities to meet revenue targets.
Actively managing lease transactions and ensuring successful outcomes.
Serving as a bridge between clients (including senior executives like CEOs, COOs, and CFOs) and landlords, providing expert advice on lease transactions.

Package:

Salary: Basic gross salary with commission on revenue. Review at Year 1 performance review.
Other: Business travel; Insurance; 13th month salary; Annual leave; Phone allowance
