Ensure that the appropriate packaging of the right quality is used for the respective products in ASEAN Decorative Paints BU, across all countries and categories.
Address quality issues on packaging using a network of packaging suppliers and internal expertise.
Build up packaging expertise to deliver quality packaging solutions to the market.
Products are launched with the right quality of packaging ensuring quality of the product and the packaging.
Packaging specifications are developed, improved and enforced to ensure ongoing packaging quality.
In-house expertise is developed to ensure best packaging solutions to the market.
Packaging complaints are monitored and there is a program of continuous improvement.
Responsible for packaging covering over 300 million euros of revenue across multiple countries in Decorative Paints BU.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Scientific Degree or packaging experience - 5 years minimum experience.
Candidates with experience in similar industries are preferred.
Excellent Excel, Power Point, Power BMI skills.
Excellent communicator and facilitator both in Vietnamese & English.
Able to manage and influence peers and more senior managers.
