Manage the project from product design, tooling development, mold trial and MP stage. Make sure all are stage are within schedule and qualified.
Work with Production/QA about customer requirements to make sure the product meet all requirements.
Consult other departments including Production, QC on quality of product as the view of Technical.
Provide to QA/QC/Sales/Production about standards and technical problems to ensure on time shipment.
Make sure all the drawing will be followed the new drawing procedure.
Ensure high productivity, efficiency, minimize mistake.
Ensure the technical drawing must be matched with approved material standard, dimension standard, quality manual.
Directly control the sample process in the company and at suppliers to ensure on schedule as prescribed.
Read all Protocols from customers to know standards for testing.
Research and assign construction for products to make sure they will pass the test.

Yêu cầu công việc:

BS/BA degree or equivalent.
Educational Background: Engineering major in Plastics Processing, Designing, Mechanical or other Technical related ones
Experience working in Technical and Sample Development in Plastics Company
Good English skill, Proficiency in spoken Chinese is an considerable advantage.
