Job Description

• Client support: Manage website updates, content monitoring, and oversee business operations to ensure seamless functionality without interruptions

• Promotion support: Collaborate with the team to prepare for promotional events, including reporting and tracking

• Content publishing: Assist the team with content scheduling and publishing

• Communication: Maintain regular communication with upper management to provide updates

• Operational improvement: Provide actionable suggestions for optimizing business operations

• Ad Hoc support: Address unforeseen issues and manage ad-hoc requests, delivering immediate solutions within short time frames

• Additional duties: Perform tasks assigned by the Manager as needed

Requirements

• Strong understanding of marketing strategies, plans, and e Commerce

• Proven experience in product or marketing content creation, auditing, or related fields

• Strong analytical capabilities and a logical mindset

• Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas across teams

• Fluent in English, particularly in writing and reading (IELTS equivalent of 7.0 or higher)

• Enthusiastic, responsible, eager to learn, and capable of working under pressure
