Responsibilities:
Lead improvement project
- Identify, design, and implement improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency.
- Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies to analyze processes and drive changes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and sustainability.
Manage productivity cost saving program of Operation
- Develop and oversee cost-saving initiatives aimed at increasing productivity.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of programs.
- Work closely with operational teams to identify opportunities for cost reduction
Training & Couching
- Design and deliver training programs to upskill employees on best practices and operational excellence.
- Mentor in process improvement techniques and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust as necessary.
Technology and Innovation
- Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements that can enhance logistics operations.
- Collaborate with IT and operational teams, and relevant stakeholders to implement innovative solutions.
- Drive initiatives that leverage technology to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.

- Achieve measurable improvements in process efficiency and reduced operational waste.
- Realize significant cost savings while maintaining or enhancing service quality.
- Create a knowledgeable workforce that actively contributes to operational improvements and innovation.

Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations Management, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 -5 years of experience in operations excellence or continuous improvement within the logistics sector.
- Strong analytical skills with a proven track record of successful project management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies is preferred.
Functional Competencies:
- Integrated commercial knowledge in distribution center services, transportation, freight forwarding, and contract logistics services would be an advantage
- Good problem solver with a positive attitude and teamwork approach
- Proven project management skills and the capability to work effectively in international teams
- Trainer/coach; able to impart knowledge to others
- Passion for innovation, change, and continuous improvement
- Proven ability to plan and prioritize work
- Strong analytical skills and organizational skills
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
- Focused on results
- Good MS Office, especially Excel, and Power Point
