• Answer incoming phone calls in a timely and professional manner that reflects highly on the hotel and brand.
• Creates 100% guest satisfaction by providing the “Yes I Can!” experience through performance that demonstrates the standards of, genuine hospitality and exceeding guest expectations
• Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

• Minimum one -year front office experience, switchboard operator
• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong computer systems skills , PABX, PMS Opera, Micros, FCS connect/winsuite
• Able to read and write English
• Able to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensure teamwork
• Strong Microsoft Office suite and reporting system skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, even Night shift
