MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Understanding of all hotel facilities and operation times
- To always keep office area clean & tidy.
- To be aware of emergency procedures and always able to take proper action.
- Understand telephone courtesy.
- To always be punctual and arrive at work as scheduled.
- To maintain high standard of personal grooming and hygiene.
- To always work closely with other Front Office staff and Front Office Manager relating to guest services.
- To always maintain effective internal and external communication and make sure to handle all calls in a very courteous manner.
- To ensure good teamwork amongst staff in the department.
- To maintain high degree of morale within department.
- To attend meeting, briefing and training as assigned by department head.
- Ensure all equipment at the front desk is in order for operation.
- To ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to.
- To assume other duties as assigned by The Front Office Manager.
- Coordinate guest special request with the appropriate department
- Develop a strong knowledge of hotel facilities in or out side of the surrounding town.
- Handling guest complaint, and follow up or refer to the appropriate person
