• Use of best practices in moulding area to keep operation in safe, quality and efficiency condition

• Coordinating production workflow for one or multiple products
• Điều phối quy trình sản xuất cho một hoặc nhiều sản phẩm.
• Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay
• Lập kế hoạch và ưu tiên các hoạt động để đảm bảo hiệu suất tối đa và tối thiểu hóa sự chậm trễ.
• Determining manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand
• Xác định nhân lực, thiết bị và nguyên liệu thô cần thiết để đáp ứng nhu cầu sản xuất.
• Cooperation with Quality Control and Maintenance Areas.
• Phối hợp với các khu vực Kiểm soát Chất lượng và Bảo trì.
• Report damage to machines, equipment and moulds to maintenance department during Change over .
• Báo cáo hư hỏng máy móc, thiết bị và khuôn mẫu cho bộ phận bảo trì trong quá trình chuyển đổi.
• Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time and within budget
• Giám sát công việc để đảm bảo hoàn thành đúng thời hạn và trong phạm vi ngân sách
• Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption
• Giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh với mục tiêu giảm thiểu sự gián đoạn
• Obtain output information (number of finished products, percentage of defectives etc.)
• Thu thập thông tin đầu ra (số lượng sản phẩm hoàn thành, tỷ lệ lỗi, v.v.).
• Prepare and submit status and performance reports

• Keep paperwork organized

• Perform another necessary tasks assigned by Leader

Do you have what it takes?

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Vocational School Certification or higher is preferred
• Ưu tiên ứng viên có tốt nghiệp trung cấp nghề hoặc bằng cấp cao hơn.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• Yêu cầu có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong môi trường sản xuất .
• Working time: Office hours

• Interpersonal : Strong collaboration, teamwork, proactive attitude, and a commitment to ethical standards.

• Technical : Proficient in basic computer operations.
