Maintenance Management System Specialist (Maintenance Planner)

The Maintenance Management System Specialist provides advice, guidance, and assistance to Maintenance Manager and maintenance personnel to ensure a systematic approach to maintenance operations of machines and equipment.
Core Responsibilities
Lead role in maintenance management system and inventory management.
Participate in Failure Modes and Effects Analysis. Provide technical support for predictive and preventive maintenance strategy.
Support optimization of maintenance through benchmarking and key performance indicator analysis.
Prepare, consult on, or review maintenance cost estimates and level of effort.
Partially task as purchasing duty to support maintenance departments, include Maintenance Workshop and Maintenance Storage Room.
Control inventory of tools and parts to support equipment maintenance and repairs, provide a reliable storage room of critical spare parts.
Conduct maintenance management and technical skills training programs, utilizing provided training material.
Establish cooperative relationships with maintenance coworkers, operations staffs, and all others contacted during the work.

The Maintenance Management System Specialist provides advice, guidance, and assistance to Maintenance Manager and maintenance personnel to ensure a systematic approach to maintenance operations of machines and equipment.
Do you have what it takes?
At least 03 years’ experience in manufacturing with MMS role.
Experience in using computer-based Maintenance Management systems (e.g. Maximo, e Maint).
ERP Systems – Proven experience in ordering, planning & inventory management.
Must be highly proficient with MS Office (word, excel)
Ability to continually improve system processes through feedback, problem solving and idea generation.
Interpersonal skills: collaboration, teamwork, proactive and service attitude, personal and professional ethics.
Able to Travel as assignment from manager (including overseas trips)
Able to read and understand technical datasheet, manual instruction document in English.
Good command in both spoken and written English.
