Core responsibilities

This position is accountable for inventory control and management by creating a plan to execute cycle counts and annual physical inventories. It is also responsible to investigate and adjust the variances together with the clerks, creating strong and sustainable actions that will prevent material shortages and potential stoppages to production.

• Follow governance rules in regard to procure and management of MRO stock inventory in adherence to our internal policies and regulations. Implementation of immediate corrective actions and process confirmation in case of any deviations.
  
• Administration of spare parts and non BOM inventories.
  
• Quote and purchase of spare parts, services, equipment locally and internationally
  
• Daily interaction, collaboration and negotiation with purchasing process related areas such as procurement, import export and finance.
  
• Plan and execute continuous improvement projects that have a clear impact on cost, efficiencies and productivity.
  
• Develop, implementation and tracking of 5Ss activities.
  
• Create structured training plan for team collaborators and follow up on progress in a frequent basis.
  
• Ensure MRP data integrity
  
• Ensure physical inventories and cycle counts have been performed as planned.
  
• Ensure quality control for internal and external manufactured parts and warranty claims to supplier when needed.
  
• VIM system administration.
  
• Follow up orders created thru Easy Buy.
  
• Ensure inventory data is properly managed and registered in SAP and MMS.
  
• Warehouse KPIs creation, update and tracking with a clear connection to the Company Strategy ,
  
• Participation on daily, weekly, monthly and annual huddles and meetings
  

Do you have what it takes

• Over 4 years of experience in inventory management or Warehousing responsibilities.
  
• Understands costumer needs internally and externally and address any situation that can harm operations or provoke disruptions
  
• APICS knowledge preferable
  
• Microsoft office and computer literate
  
• SAP system advanced knowledge
  
• Continuous Improvement tools understanding and leader of minimum one optimization project.
