- Make sure office is clean, well organized, nice looking
- Manage canteen, security, cleaning, gardening service, pest control ...
- Uniform management
- Order stationery for office
- Make the admin payment
- Vehicle management & arrangement
- Recruitment & training for new employees
- Assist Managing Director
- Other jobs assigned by HOD
