Define and elaborate the strategic planning of the department within a short / medium–term
Planning and managing the budget in the area of responsibility in coordination with the supervisor, make sure there is compliance with it
Cooperate in personnel planning in the area of responsibility in coordination with the supervisor as well as employ qualified personnel
Professional and disciplinary management of staff in the sub-area and making personnel decisions in collaboration with the human resources department and the supervisor
Break down and prioritize departmental goals, track and assess goals within a goal achievement evaluation process
Implement standard Operations Engineering processes, guidelines, and tools and ensure they are followed
Manage and ensure all functions within Operations Engineering (for example, Launch Management, Industrial Engineering, Change Management, etc.), if necessary, initiate measures in case of deviations
Identify opportunities, develop optimization proposals, and ensure implementation to improve processes and structures, as well as procedures and methods
