Full time International Preschool Teacher at ILO Binh Duong

ABOUT ILO PRESCHOOL
ILO Preschool is founded and operated by ILA, one of the largest International Language Providers in Vietnam, with over 25 years of experience in the education industry. ILO Preschool is a bilingual preschool that combines Finnish early childhood education concepts, considered among the best in the world today, with our dynamic, play-based methodologies developed for Vietnamese children. We are looking for teachers who would like to register their interest in part-time or full-time positions, as well as teachers interested in covering classes, who can create a joyful learning environment for our students.

Campus: ILO Binh Duong 65/3 Hoang Hoa Tham, Hiep Thanh II Residence, Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong (show map) -
Working hours: 07:30 - 16:30 (Monday to Friday)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Plan and deliver engaging lessons that foster 'whole child' development.
-
Assess and monitor student progress and provide feedback and support.
-
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive and positive school culture.
-
Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers.
-
Participate in professional development and training opportunities.
Requirements
Education
-
Minimum 3-year Bachelor’s degree
-
A recognised qualification in English Language Teaching with a duration of 120+ hours (TEFL Level 4 Certificate or higher, Ninja TESOL, AVSE TESOL, CELTA/Trinity, or equivalent)
Skills
-
English proficiency level: Native
Experience
-
Candidates with teaching practice/experience highly preferred.
-
Be able to commit to teaching at ILO the full Academic Year. -
Be flexible, creative, and enthusiastic about working with children from 18 months - 6 years old. -
Have at least one year of ILA Jumpstart teaching experience (or equivalent) to a proficient standard.

Previous experience teaching in a bilingual or international kindergarten setting is desirable.
